It is such a priviledge to have been able to partner with Travel Innovation Group to set up a complete gym that we believe can add real value to your lives. The gym has been layed out with really top-end and on-trend functional fitness equipment that is safe to use at any fitness level.

We urge you to familiarise yourselves with the equipment, start slowly if needed and always listen to your body when engaging in any fitness routine. The most important thing is to enjoy yourself and know that you are investing in your own future. 

A quick introduction

It is important that you get the most out of your gym experience. We put together a short video to introduce some of the more prominent equipment pieces in your facility and explain how you can safely start to use them. It is vital that you make sure you are in good health before starting any new fitness regimen. Safety and good form are essential, so we urge you to take up a learning approach to exercise, do your research and immerse yourself into this fun and rewarding realm. 

THE SportsARt a93 Functional Trainer

The SportsArt A93 Functional Trainer is a workout tower that offers nearly unlimited options for total-body training, allowing you to quickly and easily switch between upper body exercises, lower body exercises, and exercises for core and midsection. Three sets of rotational pulleys enable a wider variety of exercises and training angles. The multi-angle bench quickly and easily adjusts from flat position, to multiple incline positions, to shoulder press position for traditional muscle building exercises such as bench press, shoulder press, bicep curls, and back rows.
